To make shipping efficient and cost-effective, we dispatch orders directly from our trusted international fulfilment centres. This allows us to offer the best possible prices without compromising on quality or service.

Our dedicated team processes all orders within 24 hours of purchase. During peak seasons or public holidays, this may extend to 48 hours.

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. This does not include any delays caused by courier services, which are unfortunately beyond our control.

If your order takes longer than expected, we sincerely apologise and appreciate your patience. Rest assured, your items are on the way and will be delivered as soon as possible.

We offer fast & free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow its journey in real time.
